This is what it looks like when you’re photographing The Dance Awards from backstage. ✨ Working from the wings gives you a different perspective on every performance. Beyond the choreography, you begin to notice an untold story-one that isn’t explained, but can be felt through the movement, the focus, and the moments surrounding the stage. Being trusted to capture talent at this level is something I never take for granted. The more performances you witness from this side of the curtains, the more you understand what each moment means-and you can’t help but root for every dancer who passes through them. 🤍
